prices stated are: 10% Vat and transport not included

When
the order is passed, the purchaser must also state the mean of
payment, the Vat,
the destination point, the delivery time, the style and the
telephone number.

Sizes
and species that are not available at the time of delivery will be
replaced with some sizes
and species available during the loading operations.
- After
a month from the fixed delivery date, we do not accept any
complaints from the buyer.

The buyer can complain within eight days from the delivery date by
registered letter

No
sales proposal will be considered binding if the plant dies because
of severe weather
conditions. Therefore the order will be cancelled.
